Taking the properties from saturated water pressure table, 

At Pressure 4 Bar,

Internal Energy U1 = 2553.1 KJ/Kgspecific volume v1 = 0.4624 m3/Kg

Given container is rigid and close so its constant volume process 

v2 = v1 = 0.4624 m3/Kg
