Show that the circuit of Figure P10.41 functions
as a NOR gate if the output is taken at vo2.
In the given figure, transistor is in ON state when input is HIGH i.e. 1 and transistor is in OFF state when the input is LOW i.e. 0 in NPN transistor.
Transistor is ON state if any one of the input is HIGH, v02 become zero. Correspondingly output is low when both inputs HIGH.
Transistor is in OFF state when both inputs are LOW, and output will be equal to supply voltage which is HIGH.
Both transistors Q1 and Q2 act as a NOR gate in parallel combination.

The output correspondingly equal to supply when v02 low and transistor Q3 Off.
The output will be grounded when v02 high and transistor Q3 ON.
