Calculate the total mass of these letters in grams (mXe=131.29 amu).   I saw how it showed us how to solve this problem, however if one were to normally read this problem on a test, how would i be able to tell or know that I need to use Avagadro's number and this certain formula? It does not mention moles anywhere, does it have something to do with the amu? Thank you.
