The "Quality Woods" factory is dedicated to the manufacture of doors. It is currently developing the "Classic 2050" style and requires you to conduct a process flow study. The information necessary for the construction of the DOP is presented below:   The materials for making doors are sent from the raw material warehouse to the production department (1.40 mt, 0.51 min). An operator cuts the vertical posts (7 min), moves to planing (0.5 min; 1 mt); the vertical columns are brushed (8 min), it is moved to glued (1.4 mt, 0.51 min). At the same time as the vertical studs are cut, the horizontal studs are cut (10 min), the horizontal studs are planed (10 min). Once the horizontal columns are ready, they are transferred to gluing with vertical columns (1.2 mt, 0.55 min). Vertical uprights are glued to the horizontal ones using glue (15 min). Let it dry in a separate area (15 min). An operator checks that the uprights are well glued and proceeds to nail (6 min), then is transferred to gluing lining A. While the vertical uprights are being cut, an operator cuts lining A (5 min), moves to planing ( 1 mt, 5.02 min), where another operator brushes lining A (4 min). It moves to gluing (4 mt, 2 min), where an operator glues lining A with uprights (7 min) using glue, then it moves to drying where it is allowed to dry (15 min), it moves to nailing where an operator checks that is well glued and nails (6 min), to be transferred to lining glue B.   While lining A is being cut, at another station an operator cuts lining B (5 min), moves to planing where an operator brushes lining B (4 min) and then moves lining B to glued with studs (9 mt, 4 min). Lining B is glued with uprights (7 min) using glue, allowed to dry (15 min). Then he goes to a table where he waits for the next operation (5 min). Then it goes to gluing where an operator checks the gluing and proceeds to nail lining B with studs (6 min). Then it goes to brushing, where the ends are brushed (10 min), once the brushing is done, another operator corrects the measurements (5 min) to then be sent to the finished product warehouse (1.3 mt, 0.3 min)

The "Quality Woods" factory is dedicated to the manufacture of doors. It is currently developing the "Classic 2050" style and requires you to conduct a process flow study. The information necessary for the construction of the DOP is presented below:

The materials for making doors are sent from the raw material warehouse to the production department (1.40 mt, 0.51 min). An operator cuts the vertical posts (7 min), moves to planing (0.5 min; 1 mt); the vertical columns are brushed (8 min), it is moved to glued (1.4 mt, 0.51 min).
