to the kitchen.
• Has been talking with me about the "next step" in her career with us. Knows we are opening another team lead
position. Has interest.
Lucas
• Constantly late to his shifts by around 10-20 minutes. Causes frustration among team as others have to stay later
to cover for him.
• Causing delays on orders because not paying attention. Observed him on his phone on social media during work
hours multiple times.
Sasha
• She is great and has really stepped up as a leader on the team. She can operate all the stations in the kitchen.
• Knows about the open team lead position. Told me she wants to grow with us and continue progressing.
