So I have a code to assign seat (A1 A2 A3 B1 B2 B3) but it outputs "0 C 0 A 0 B 1 A 1 B 1 C" and if I correct the range to "range(1,num_rows,+1)" and "range(1,num_cols,+1)" it outputs "1 A 1 B 1 C".
