Limiting reagent : the reactant which gets completely consumed during the course of reaction is called limitng reagent. 

If equal moles of each reactants is used then hydrogen will be the limiting reagent because for one mole of nitrogen we need 3 mole of hydrogen . therefore H2 consumed first and act as limiting reactant.
