My code crushes when the user does not select the choice 1/2

for exxample when the user type 3/4 it crushes

.. i need help with error handling.. i want the code to say "sorry wrong input number try again" if the user inserted the wrong choice other than 1/2.

i have the following problems:

1. on option 1 after doing calculations if i press 0 because i want to quit it gives me an error that 'says sorry wrong input try again' (i wanted my program to print sorry wrong input try again when i typed wrong number that is not option 1 or option 2)

2.a) when i choose option 2 to input the file name output_new_file it says wrong file

b)when i choose option 2 it opens another text file called output file which is empty

please help with the abouve errors
