Since the plot of 1/[AB] versus time(s) graph is a straight line, this is a second(2nd) order reaction. 

The integrated rate law for 2nd order reaction is:

1[AB] = k*t +1[AB]o

where [AB] = concentration of reactant, AB at any time "t" sec. 

[AB]o = initial concentration of AB. 

Comparing the above equation with the equation of straight line, y = m*x + b, 

slope, m = k

=> 5.2*10-2 M-1.s-1 = k 

Hence the rate constant of the reaction, k = 5.2*10-2 M-1.s-1
