Louisa Johnson, one of the top 10 finalists of the Voice South Africa has recently moved to Cape Town from Johannesburg, as she was offered a position at a well-known music company. The move to Cape Town was quite an adaption for her, as the "Capetonian" culture is very relaxed compared to Johannesburg. People are jogging, walking and doing stretch-exercise all along the promenade, every day. People go in later to work and finish early to still enjoy the beach-life. The type of food that is being bought is in general much healthier and more tapas based, because the "Capetonian" culture is more socialising and friends meet at least two to three afternoons a week after work on the beach. Due to the nature of Louisa's work, she easily made friends and started to get into the "Capetonian" routine. A friend took her to Canal Walk for a shopping session, as her clothes did not fit in with the relaxed and trendy "Capetonian" fashion. Louisa however managed to adapt quite easily with most of the factors, as she has always been a health-conscious person, however the two things that she is still struggling to adapt to, is the change that she had to made in her wardrobe to fit in with the relaxed "vibe" and secondly to be more patient, as every "Capetonian" is taking their time to do something 1. From the case study, it is clear that Louisa had experienced drastic some changes in her life. Explain the nature of personality in terms of the case study.
