1) In given compound the benzene ring is unsymmetrical disubstituted, so all 4 protons on ring are different from each other and shows 4 different peak with different multiplicity. 

2) methylene group attached to oxygen and methyl group shows quartet according to (n+1) rule. 

3) methyl group shows triple due to couple with methylene protons.
