Supervisor: John, please have a seat!!! I cannot believe that you are late again and not to
mention the fact that the reports were not done properly. Last week, I pointed out some errors in
how you wrote the report, and you made the same mistakes yet again!! What is going on? You
are clearly working as if you have no interest or pride in your work.
John: I am so sorry sir. I know I can do better but I am so stressed. I feel like I am not getting
enough rest as I am up thinking of all the work I have not yet completed. I am overwhelmed to
be honest sir and I feel demotivated to do my job. I also no longer feel confident in carrying out
my daily functions.
Supervisor: Well John, everyone has a lot to do but they are getting their work done. It seems to
me you are finding excuses and it is unacceptable. This is your last verbal warning to do better.
The next occurrence of such negligence wili be documented and placed on your file. You may
leave!!!
