large signal models of the diodes from the I-V characteristics. Extract the diode
parameters: Vpo and rp.
1. Sketch the equivalent circuits of the diodes from the models considering piecewise
linear approximation.
2. Sketch the equivalent circuits of the diodes considering constant voltage drop
model.
3. Determine Ifor the circuit shown in Fig.2 using either of the models. V =
5V and R = 2k.
