  • The negative charge must bear by the most electronegative atom.
  • The positive charge must bear by the most electropositive atom 
  • The charges must be in resonance so it can dispersed.
  • Their is positive induction group attached to the atom carrying positive charge and negative induction group attached to the atom carrying negative charge.
