I did an experiment measuring the index of refraction of air.   Through 5 trials I got the following results, 1.00024, 1.00024, 1.00024, 1.00022, 1.00023 .   The accepted value is 1.00028.   I put my samples in a standard deviation calculator and got a standard error of 3.9999999999873E-6.   I am a not sure how to use my standard error or if what I got is good or bad? How many standard errors am I from the true value? Can anyone help me with this?
