There are not any information on the protection of COVID-19 vaccines in lactating mother or on the consequences of messenger RNA vaccines on the breastfed baby or on milk production/excretion. messenger RNA vaccines don't seem to be thought to be a risk to the breastfeeding baby. Those mothers who are breastfeeding and are suggested to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, like healthcare personnel, could prefer to be immunised.
