When the gate was opened, Usher (who had the mental age of a 4- year-old) ran out into the middle of the road. A motorcycle rider, Victor, had to swerve to avoid Usher and was seriously injured. Victor was rushed to Cilio Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately he was left on a gurney bed for too long while severe internal bleeding went undetected, and Victor died.
