Question
For this homework assignment I’ve been struggling on what was right and what was wrong for this and I have to explain the wrong and right reasons. If pH is 2 what is the [H+] in this soil (2 [H+] =10-pH = 10-2 = 0.01 M pH = -log [H+] I put this but I think it was wrong and I have to explain it but at the same time I feel like I did good on this Which domain will put you in these organisms in (Fungi such as yeast and mold as well as bacteria such as staphylococcus and streptococcus species in nutrient agar plate with a pH of 6.6 to 7. The pH of the soil on the other hand is 2 as a result on the other hand is 2 as a result those species thrive best as pH 4-9 rather than PH 3. Are they Prokaryotes or Eukaryotes?? (They are classified as eukaryotes because they have a nucleus as and organelles that are surrounded by a plasma membrane. ) I have to explain if it’s wrong or correct for this Do they have DNA? (Yes DNA can be found. a membrane bound DNA molecule containing certain Justine proteins can be found in fungus.) Not sure but I have to fix this to get it correct Then lastly Al gives away three electrons and gets a charge of (+3 charge (AL+3) CL (Chloride) accepts an electron and gets a charge of (-1) they form a compound whose molecular formula is _____ the bond between them is ______ I couldn’t finish the last two I was stuck on those but overall I felt like I did okay with this question but it was probably incorrect or something and I have to explain why it’s wrong and how it’s correct and have to figure out how to get it right.
