Introduction: Generally ,the Sleep is a very compulsory part of our life. Good sleep will enhances the physical and mental health. Sleep happens in stages : REM sleep and non-REM sleep. But it's quite interesting that there are several factors that affects the quality of sleep, like the food we eat and the temperature of room.
And several portions of the brain are active during the sleep mechanism. But Doctors also recommend that sleep is very crucial for our Better performance,as normally a a person should take 7-8 hrs.long sleep. When a person sleep, the body gained a chance to rest and restore the proper channel of energy. The well night’s sleep can help one to cope with stressful situations, doing daily tasks , or to get recovered from an illness. But,if the person is not having enough sleep ,then it might leads to many health issues. During the night, an individual passes through sleep cycle comprising of the two types of sleep: non-rapid eye movement (non-REM) sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, in which brain acts differently.
