These roles and responsibilities are divided into different managerial levels to provide a clear understanding of authority, responsibility, and accountability. The three levels include, top-level management, most responsible for policy making and framing the organization structure, the middle-level management, mostly responsible for directing and coordinating the departments with other departments and levels of management, and the low levels management, mostly responsible for the operational work which revolves around day-to-day functioning.
