The key nutrients that makes up a balanced diet includes carbohydrates, proteins, fat, vitamins and minerals. One practical method to evaluate the characteristics of his food is by the five senses that is appearance, aroma, taste, texture and consistency. These five factors help to identify the quality of certain dishes. Healthy food is one that protect a person against malnutrition in all forms, either overnutrition or undernutrition.

Milk and dairy products are good sources of calcium. Cow's milk is the main source of dairy products. Recently abundant number of milk substitute are available in the market that generate the question whether or not to consume cow's milk.
