WEEK 2 DISCUSSION
ANSWER THE QUESTION BELOW:
- Discuss the two stages of acceptance testing and discuss the pros and cons of each.

After system testing, the software product is reviewed for acceptability at the last stage of testing. Neither developers nor testers are involved at this stage of testing. Instead, this kind of testing is carried out by clients, stakeholders, or users. They make the decision on the software product's readiness for actual use.
Once the system testing is complete, the testers give the program on to a small number of actual users or users inside an organization. They go through the software product and decide whether or not to approve it after taking into account the work of both software developers and testers.
Additionally, they evaluate the program to ensure that it satisfies both end users' needs and quality standards. Comparable to the production environment is the testing environment. Staging, pre-prod, fail-over, and UAT environments are common terms used to describe the test environments for acceptance testing.
Additionally, it uses a black-box testing approach, in which the test subjects examine the software program to confirm that it has all the required capabilities. They are not required to be knowledgeable about the particulars of design or execution.
