Dan is a member of a four person sales team in a gourmet kitchen shop. All of the sales team members have been cross trained in the daily assignments that must be completed. Their first task each day is to restock shelves, clean and prepare the store for opening. Dan is often late to work, arriving just a few minutes before opening time. He is an excellent salesperson and loves to work with customers on the floor. He will often trade his cashiering shirt with another team member so that he can work with customers.
