The Si will be larger in size as the size decreases when we go right in the given period. It is because there is increase in nuclear charge due to increase in number of protons but principal shell remain same. 

Po will have lower ionization energy because as we go down in the periodic table, the ionization energy decreases.

The electronic configuration of P has half filled p orbitals , thus it has high ionization energy.

Br- is smaller in size than Te^2- because Te has one extra principal shell than Br. The size increase as we go down the group.
