Critical Path Method
The critical path is the longest succession of tasks that has to be successfully completed to conclude a project entirely. Money cost or investment refers to any money expenditure which the firm or supplier or producer undertakes in purchasing or hiring factor of production or factor services.

Inventory management is the process or system of handling all the goods that an organization owns. In simpler terms, inventory management deals with how a company orders, stores, and uses its goods.

Project Management is all about management and optimum utilization of the resources in the best possible manner to develop the software as per the requirement of the client. COVID-19
This disease will spread globally and may causes many problems in the economy it will lead to many problems and the reason of death of many people's. It was make the downfall in to the economy because of the lockdown in all over the world. People are not able to run there business that why it may causes loss to them.
It will lead to shutdown of many business and it was come as a big challenge for the economy it will lead to many problem like death, poverty, unemployment, shutdown of business and so on. People will take a long time period to recover from this situation.
Now most of the business will started again after this situation but I will need more time to make them profitable. This situation will decrease in the GDP, economy and manu more things.
Characteristics of good leader during COVID-19 -
1. Creativity - The manager should able to do introduce new things and make some innovation into the existing things to make a new market. To achieve the goal the manager should breath new ideas and process.
2. Adaptability - The ability of the employees to changes the new things and adept them quickly and they are comfortable in adopting new things.
3. Bravery - The manager will be able to accept the challenges and problem. He will have fear with the problems. He will be able to face the situation a dunno afraid with the problems.
4. Corporation - The manager should develop a degree of the corporation between the worker to perform better with in a team for the achievement of the goals.
5. Visionary - The manager should make a plan with the help of the present data for the future use and sharing the vision of the plan with the employees to inspire them again.
