Early childhood development is a crucial period in children's lives. Children are affected
a remarkable by the world and the people surrounding them. Early childhood development is a
period that ranges from birth to eight years old. It is a time of incredible growth physically and
mentally (Allen, 2015). Three fundamental developmental stages occur in this period of life.
These are, physical development and improvement, which incorporates gross and fine motor
skills; social-emotional growth and improvement, as well as cognitive development. Any issue
during this period may impact a child's future development (Tyler et al., 2017). Three factors in
early childhood development are such as poverty, malnutrition, and lack of social
communication can negatively impact children's growth during this period (Tyler et al., 2017).
Early childhood development sets a foundation for education, behaviour, and well-being.
Children's education and healthcare are influenced by cultural factors such as early childhood
stress and family income (Balenzano et al., 2020). More importantly, children's experiences in
early childhood shape the brain and the child's ability to learn. Early childhood development of
children is a phase of physical, mental, social, and informative growth. It is dynamic interactions
where traits develop that will follow the child into their maturity (Catherine et al., 2016).
