                                        so, number of gold atoms counted in 1 min i.e. 60 sec = 60 x 1000 gold atoms

                                              number of gold atoms counted in 1 hour i.e. 60 min = 60 x 60 x 1000 gold atoms

                                          and, number of gold atoms counted in 8 hour = 8 x 60 x 60 x 1000 gold atoms

                                                                                                                     = 2.88 x 107 gold atoms
