Scenario 2 – Personal Hosting a holiday celebration can open communication and understanding of diverse perspectives. Also, this will help with empathy, creating a more fair environment and understanding. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to have more conversations, learn from one another, and collectively work together towards a more social society. Understanding the potential impact that this can have on social dynamics is essential. One example would be during the COVID-19 epidemic; many people experienced the event as threatening, and others may have considered it frightening. Depending on people's situation, some have felt worried about the pandemic due to getting sick or losing their jobs. Others may not have felt the pressure because they could adjust to remote work, and others lost work and couldn't adjust at the time. There are many differences in how individuals view the same event in different aspects attributable to circumstances like COVID-19. People's jobs were at risk, and families were at risk of losing everything. Fairness becomes critical in the challenges of the pandemic, especially with the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines and economic help with healthcare resources. Some opportunities for help were given by having access to healthcare, vaccines, and testing to ensure safety for all. This shows support and encouragement in the complicated challenges of the pandemic and recognizes that help can be given to all diversity. These principles can guide policymakers, healthcare professionals, and communities in responding to the pandemic in a way that can prioritize the well-being of all individuals, promote inclusivity, and address disparities. The COVID-19 pandemic, the most serious and emotional moment that can be an issue of bias, has influenced many perceptions of social justice. Biases can affect many individuals and
communities that may perceive the pandemic and its consequences at its worst moment. Also, it leads to a lack of empathy for others in understanding different individuals' circumstances, which can result in a perception of their struggles and failures rather than in favor of issues. Confirmation bias can lead to the formation of preexisting beliefs and a pandemic impact. During the pandemic, people may unintentionally associate certain racial or ethnic groups with higher levels of risk or blame for the spread of the virus based on stereotypes or proception. This can be an example of increased discrimination and social inequalities in specific communities. Many individuals from lower-income backgrounds may need help accessing resources like healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. As for different narratives in society during COVID-19, being in an office environment where different types of racial or ethnic people can be an adjustment. Because it is essential to have an open mind regarding people's awareness and understanding of social justice, some people may have different ways of understanding how to address or understand the pandemic. In which all people's reasons for why the pandemic happened or how it can be controlled. It's better to read and research all the facts, understand, and respect others' views, and acknowledge that everyone should be respected in what they believe in, for example, if they refuse to be vaccinated or not vaccinated. Also, social distancing can improve the essential to stop the spread of COVID-19. It will continue to be an important measure in the months to come. No one should be rejected or treated differently.
