This aligns with my religion as I treat everyone as family, with love and kindness. Students will learn how to treat others with respect to be inclusive, despite their peers’ differences. As an educator, it is important that I give each student the necessary resources to succeed (Alverez, 2019). I will advocate for each of my students to have equal opportunities as a professional responsibility (MCEE, n.d.). Resources Álvarez, B. (2019, January 23).  Why Social Justice in school matters .
