Self evaluation
:
I presented my activity to my family. I believe it went well. I was able to see the growth and
spark in their mindsets. It was cool how something so simple could teach an important lesson. By
taking time to thoroughly plan this I was able to strengthen my personal testimony. I learned a lot
about how Daniel prayed and was faithful to the end. It inspired me to be the same way. When
we turn to God He will always comfort us and help us get up that mountain. It was also a great
reminder to me that strengthening my testimony is so important and should be a main priority in
my life. Going forward I would be more creative in the lesson and add more hands-on activities
that help others to be more engaged. I also would discuss further into the blessings that come
from doing these things each and every day. Incorporating some kind of activity where you have
to build something together would be a great idea for an example of building your testimony.
Overall though I think this activity was a success and can be used to teach a valuable lesson on
prayer and strengthening your testimony.
