Contribution to the Learning Community: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would like to think I am around the proficient area when it comes to contribution to the learning community. I always try my best to stay on top of things and make sure I try and learn something new each day. 2. Relevance to Programmatic Themes: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. For programmatic theme I see myself around the proficient category again. I don’t usually have any issues with schedules or rules, I am pretty good at following directions and what others ask of me. 3. Advancement of Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would say I am between needs improvement and exemplary during discussions for this, it depends on what I am discussing each time. Sometimes I can have so much knowledge and understand everything very well, which gives me the ability to discuss a topic outstandingly. Other times, it can be hard for me to discuss something if I don’t know much on the topic and/or am not understanding it. I could give you what I understand and know, but this could reflect what I would grade myself. 4. Professional Communication: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. 90% of the time, I consider my professional communication proficient/exemplary. Anytime I am at my job, communicating with strangers and talking to people I don’t know, I always make sure I am respectful and professional. I am also like this when I am in public places, even outside of my job. 5. Timeliness: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. My timeliness sometimes needs improvement depending on what I am doing. I am usually great with time when it comes to school, appointments, and work. However, when it comes to meeting my best friend or my parents, I tend to slack and I am not as good with time. I am also good on time when it comes to calling people, being ready for a phone call apt, and other things such as this too. 1

6. Norms of Practice for Online Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. My online discussion is mostly exemplary when it comes to being on time and answering. Sometimes answering the questions could be needs improvement or proficient. With that being said, I always try my best. 7. Ethical Usage Practices: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. My ethical usage to me would be exemplary and proficient. I am always organized and try to be. Having any sort of mess, I can’t do. That may also be because I believe I definitely have OCD when it comes to everything. 2
