2 Module Four Activity Research Study: Organizational Wellness Programs: A Meta-Analysis Summarize the research study’s purpose . Your response should be about 25 to 50 words. A study analyzed the impact of workplace wellness programs on absenteeism and job satisfaction. The goal was to gain insights to help organizations create effective programs. Employee health and wellness are critical for job satisfaction and productivity. The study analyzed different factors to understand their effects on absenteeism and job satisfaction. It aims to provide useful information for organizations developing wellness programs to impact employees' lives positively. Describe the relevance of the publication dates of the citations referenced for the research study. Your response should be about 25 to 50 words. Consider the following: Are some of those cited sources recent (relevant to the date of publication)? After thoroughly analyzing the publication dates of all the sources cited in the study, it was determined that only a specific subset was deemed appropriate and applicable for the research being undertaken. This careful consideration was necessary to ensure that all data used in the study was relevant and reliable, ultimately leading to more accurate and valuable findings. According to the research study findings, individuals who take part in an organizational wellness program are likely to experience a decrease in absenteeism rates and an increase in their overall job satisfaction levels. The study also considered the results of the participants' wellness programs, such as stress tests and other measurable assessments. All of these factors were crucial to obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall wellness levels of the participants. Describe the research study’s sample .
