This is because my initial discussion post actively stimulates the discussion with my personal life experiences as reference and evidence as well as answering each question thoughtfully and thoroughly. I included my El score along with reasoning as to why I was not surprised by my results. Relevance to Programmatic Themes: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response.  I would put my relevance to programmatic themes at a proficient level because I included each theme along with ways that I incorporate them into my life each day in order to improve my emotional intelligence. To make this exemplary, I need to learn a better way to describe how these themes relate to the discussion topic as well as the criteria states. Advancement of Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response.  I would put my advancement of discussion at an exemplary level because my response posts to my peers include ways in which my El score relates to their El score, and I included questions to each of them for advice on how to achieve a higher score in areas they did better than me in. Justify your response.  My professional communication is at an exemplary level because I used clear sentences and conciseness to convey my responses to my peers and in my initial post so that it is easy to read and understand.

Justify your response.  My timeliness is at an exemplary level because I completed my initial post and response posts before their due dates. Norms of Practice for Online Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response.  My norms of practice for online discussions are at an exemplary level because my post leaves opportunity for my peers to interact and challenges them to ask me questions regarding my responses.
