I believe that I would be proficient in this category as my initial post contributed to the topic at hand. I believe my points were very clear and consistent. I feel as though my thoughts are very well developed. 2. Relevance to Programmatic Themes: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. For this category I think I would also pick proficient as well. I believe I took my results and tied them well into my everyday life. I did my best to relate how my outcome of the test relates to me as a person that I think I am. 3. Advancement of Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Exemplary, Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. So, for this I would probably put needs improvement. Due to work I completely forgot to respond to two people therefore I do not have anything that I could put as a justified response here. 4. Professional Communication: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. Again, for this topic I would also put needs improvement. I won't be missing other discussion posts I just completely forgot and thought I did already. 5. Timeliness: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. I would say I am proficient. I made sure to do my initial post before the end of the week I'm not sure if I did it before Thursday I might have accidentally did it on Friday but I still got my discussion post in on time. 6. Norms of Practice for Online Discussion: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. Even though I wasn't able to make response posts to people's discussions this week I would say I am proficient in norms of practice for online discussion period I always treat everyone with the utmost 1

respect when responding to them and I always like to see their point of view on things. This isn't my first class so discussion posts are very regular to me again I just slipped up this one time. 7. Ethical Usage Practices: Would you describe your level of proficiency as Proficient, Needs Improvement, or Not Evident for this element? Justify your response. Though I did not cite anything in my initial post because I did not feel the need to when it does come time to cite in discussion posts I always do my best to make sure they're properly formatted, and the correct information is given. I would say I am proficient in this. 2
