Instruction Your Content Name of concept or theory: Racial Stereotypes Summarize the concept/theory. Put it in your own words. 1-4 sentences. Use APA style in-text citations. This theory is when a person applies a belief about a certain group of people and categorize all members to that belief. The belief is usually based on a reason or a personal experience. “ Stereotypes can impact how we interpret information, how we interact with others.” (Guy Mcleod, 2023) Real World Example. Describe an example of what this concept/theory would look like in daily life. An example of racial stereotype can be a manager deciding to hire or no hire someone based on a stereotype.
