Bill Foster (D) voted “yea” to the bill. 90% of all votes voted “year”, including 220 democrats and 164 Republicans (2022). 10% voted “nay” which included 44 republicans, 0 democrats. There was 1 republican that didn’t vote (2022). Out of all 18 representatives of Illinois, 17 voted “yea” and 1 didn’t vote. It was interesting to look at who voted pro or con for a bill. I like that it was separated by state, so it is easier to identify the legislators. I also never knew what district I lived in nor that so many existed. My main takeaways were the state senate and state assembly. I didn’t know who they were, so it was interesting to read more about them.
