Principle of Deontological Ethics “What you do to others returns to you” perspective. Nonconesenquensinal views can be thought through moral to determine what is right and wrong. The one thing that can be expressed negatively to this ethic is that it can be considered unbiased due to the multiple opinions and different standards.
Principle of Teleological Ethics “Pay for your actions” perspective. Teleological ethics faces the side where an enjoyment can be felt by the threats suffering. Focuses on the end and the justification that is needed. A weakness of this ethic is that not every action may need a consequence and it won't be forseed.
How might having knowledge of the different ethical systems enhance your decision-making skills? Sometimes having to make decisions without using ethics can be difficult and cause conflict. Having knowledge on ethics can help improve the agreement of a solution, and will help add logical reasoning to your explanation. The way being knowledged on ethical systems can enhance your decision making is to help you see clearer of yourself and your peers. These decisions can show character values. For an example: fairness. It's also good to be acknowledged on ethical systems because being unacknowledged can lead to larger situations like lawsuits, reputation, wasting your own time or just ruining a career.

Discuss a personal or professional ethical dilemma you have experienced. Apply the ethical system that you think best supports the decision you made in resolving the issue. An ethical dilemma i have faced is the professional setting is when a higher up was breaking rules and being unprofessional. In this case, this person would talk to their coworkers, new hires, and contractors. During my employment I experienced disrespect, training neglect, and discrimination based off of my age. (as I was younger than the rest of the team). At the end of my employment, I had not put my two weeks in as I left after I received disrespected by my boss and I left the company and program where I left off and did not provide any insight on my process and what I planned to do next.
Was it Teleological or Deontological? I believe my decision to get up and leave was part of teleological. Due to the constant disrespect and negativity I kept receiving, it grew overtime and the outcome had happened due to their actions. I had written a note to higher ups of the company expressing the way I was treated throughout my employment and how some others were treated as well. This also explains how when you decide to do negative things, negatives will return back to you and they will face the consequences of losing an employee, receiving negative feedback. To also add on, After i had left that company, other people who also felt like they were being disrespected had left and also written letters and emails to the board of the company. Not only did their actions cause one employee to get up and leave, but it caused multiples. And that seems to be the result of their consequences.
Review Two forms of ethical systems; Teleological and Deontological, both service as a form of justice but within different dynamics. One being morally driven and the other being more logical driven. Ethics play an important part in criminal Justice because there will be decisions that will be difficult and knowing the ethic systems and topics can help identify how the decision making will go and will help determine a solution.
