(please include your word count at the bottom of the section).
2.
Include at least 3 scripture references
.
Response: This week I was able to learn more about how each of us, as referred to in Alma 13:2-6, is in the same
position as our heavenly father, that is, we have the same values and that the heavenly father sees us differently.
according to our works not by someone else's works, so as it says in D&C 20:17-20 he delights in the righteous
works of those children who through their free will follow him, after we are told that He gave us our agency to be
able to choose between what is right and what is not right and in this way manage to progress on earth or simply let
our sins be the burden of not progressing and in the end to be able to live with our heavenly father on the day of
judgment, in 2 Nephi 2:25-29 we are told that each of us will be judged for our sins, so we are free to choose eternal
life or captivity.
I know that we have the will to progress in this life, but it is up to us to decide whether to progress or not, the Lord
will not force us to do anything, nor will he judge us for what others do. Word

4. Synthesis: Personal Relevance and Application to the Real World
There are many serious challenges people encounter on a daily basis that are consequences of living in a fallen world. The gospel truths taught in the Articles of Faith have tremendous power to help people find answers, rise above problems, or simply feel God's love and concern for them again.
Each week you will choose an issue (below) and think deeply about how the truths in that week’s Article of Faith can offer hope to those who are experiencing the problem. If you have another issue that particularly interests you, then choose your own:
abortion
abuse/bullying
addiction
depression
divorce
domestic violence
energy/environmental issues
violence
gambling
genocide
homosexuality
international terrorism
materialism
natural disasters
pornography
unemployment
poverty
racial strife/hatred
religious intolerance/persecution
threats to religious liberty
same-sex marriage
suicide
Scenario: Imagine you are speaking to someone who has experienced or has concerns about the issue you have chosen. What would you share from the doctrine and fundamental truths that you have studied this past week to help that person? Include why you think these truths and doctrine are helpful and what they have meant to you. Be encouraging with the truths you know.
Write a response in at least 300-450 words
and list your word count at the end of your response.
5.
The world problem/issue I chose this week is:
Divorce
Response: I chose this topic because it is something that many times people can feel very guilty about even though they were not the person who made a mistake or who tried to maintain the union of the family.
We are responsible for our failures, so even though you have separated, I want to tell you that if you have done your part and tried to progress in your marriage, it is not your fault that it happened. Heavenly Father will always want you to progress spiritually so if you did everything on your part you can be calm in the eyes of God, on the contrary, you think that your actions led to this result the heavenly father has given us the savior's atonement to repent, therefore that you can solve the mistakes you made during your time of marriage, the Lord will not judge you by your partner's actions, he will only do so by yours, so continue making an effort to choose the good through your will or to choose to change and repent if you have any regrets about any action you took during your time of marriage, I know that the savior is willing to guide us to make the best decisions or accompany us in our process of change, but all of these are personal decisions that will lead you to life. to eternal or they will take you away from it,
and it is only up to you what you want to do.
I am willing to be a support but remember that the person who must be your cornerstone is Jesus Christ, so he must
be the one who guides you in every action you take so that you can return to his presence with peace of mind of knowing that you will live with him for eternity.
