Ante la situación descrita en el caso, Acosta y el supervisor deben abordarla de manera inmediata y cuidadosa para garantizar tanto la seguridad de los empleados como la continuidad de la producción. Aquí están las respuestas a las preguntas planteadas:
¿Qué deben hacer Acosta y el supervisor ante esta situación?
- Lo primero que deben hacer es escuchar atentamente las preocupaciones de los empleados y tomar en serio sus reclamos sobre las condiciones de la sala. Esto implica realizar una evaluación
