Executive summary Background
Capsules is a unique mobile application, the purpose of which is to take care of the whole family’s health. Everyone has faced a situation at least once when it is urgently necessary to buy medicines, but
there is no pharmacy nearby, or pharmacies are already closed. With Capsule app, this problem will be solved. Its distinctive feature is fast delivery (20-30 minutes). In addition to medicine delivery, customers can order other products from the pharmacy (

Proposal
Our idea is to create an app ‘Capsules’ to supply medicines within 30 mins in and around
Vancouver. All people regardless of their age are expected to benefit from capsules. The
prerequisite for the delivery of the requested medicines would be a prescription that should be
valid. The app would be delivering medicines 24 * 7. There might be scenarios where we are in
need of some medicines urgently, but all the nearby shops would have been closed at this point
we can use the Capsules app and get the medicines delivered to your doorstep. We have
delivery agents working in shifts so that the process of delivery can happen without
interruption. We would be supplying medicines from our warehouse. We double-check the
items with the prescription and then pack and hand them over to the delivery agent.
Benefits
The primary benefit of using Capsule is convenience. Consumers can get their medication
delivered quickly and easily without the need to make a trip to the pharmacy or wait in line. Other
benefits include access to lower prices and a more extensive selection of products. Consumers can
also receive personalized recommendations for products tailored to their needs, providing a better
overall experience. Additionally, Capsule apps offer valuable insights into medication usage and
allow for better tracking and management of prescriptions. All these benefits make a Capsule an
excellent choice for those looking for an efficient and convenient way to get their medication.

For our application to be successful, we have thought out a strategy to promote our brand in the market.
Product
. Our product is focused on the consumer market. The possible slogan is “Capsules. The fastest way to feel better” TBD
Geography
. Launch in the selected area of Vancouver. Choosing a particular area will allow you to provide high-quality customer service and establish all processes. In the future, with an increase in turnover, the practice can be applied to other areas.
Audience
. Primary audience - women with children or the main homemakers. The age group is 18-65 years old.
Promotion
. A week before and during the first month after the launch, it is necessary to distribute information about our application actively. The following channels will be used:

Interaction with clients
. To increase loyalty, sales promotion is necessary. It could include but is not limited to free shipping for the first three orders, a referral program, and interactive games.

(Instagram, Facebook). The purpose of SMM is to raise awareness and loyalty. It could be done by providing special discounts, games, etc. Also, it is a powerful and valuable source to collect customer feedback. (Skripak, 2018).
Finance
Stage 1
Capital needed for the App to run will include, The upfront costs associated with the app's
development, the ongoing costs of maintaining it, and the projected revenue it will generate. Can
consider subscription-based models for monetizing your pharmacy app.
Once you have identified the best way to finance your business, you should look into ways to
obtain the necessary capital. Depending on your situation, you may be able to secure funding from
venture capitalists, angel investors, banks, or even crowdfunding platforms. Additionally,
government grants and loans could be beneficial for certain businesses.
Lastly, it is important to consider protecting the app with a patent or copyright. This will help
ensure that your intellectual property is secure and keep competitors from copying your business
model. With the right research and planning, then we can successfully finance the app.
Stage 2
Three ways to make it profitable, Way 1
To gather the data from the pharmacy shops on what medicines are frequently ordered, buy
them in stock and get them at a discounted rate.
Way 2 Start by only delivering medicines from Pharmacy shops open 24*7, collect data for a year and
then store medicines in the warehouse based on the most frequent ones but them on discount and
store them in the warehouse.
Way 3
A subscription model, where medicines get delivered automatically when a certain amount of
dose is about to end ( will work better for patients who have a long term disease)
