Journal Entry 1 Please post your first journal entry here. Within this week's entry, answer/include the following: 1. What were the results of your FourSight assessment? 2. What are your thoughts on the results and do you agree with them? 3. How are your group dynamics? 4. How do you see your assessment "preference" emerged during your first meeting? 5. What do you feel are next steps for you and your group? You must start a thread before you can read and reply to other threads The results of the FourSight assessment indicate that I am an integrator. This means that I usually approach problem-solving in an even-handed manner with steady energy levels. I excel at clarifying challenges, generating ideas, developing solutions, and implementing them all together. My flexibility allows me to be a valuable team player; however, I need to be mindful not to become too accommodating and risk losing my own voice in decision-making. It's important for me to diagnose situations independently and advocate for the most appropriate responses, which I plan to do moving forward. I completely agree with my results on the FourSight assessment, as it clearly indicates my involvement in different situations, some of which I wasn’t aware of. So far, everyone in the group seems to be very enthusiastic and involved in working collaboratively and putting in equal effort, which showcases strong group dynamics so far. During our first meeting, my assessment preference emerged as an integrator, which elaborated on my even-handed approach to problem-solving. I normally participate equally and thoroughly when approaching any problems and try to come up with a viable solution. My group and I will proceed to Phase 1 by distributing tasks evenly among ourselves and providing mutual assistance, taking into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of each team member.
