Alex Adams, Carly Hanin, Elizabeth Ostop, Lauren Schoff, Sruthi Sanju Lauren - I am a good fit because my true colors worksheet was orange which reveals that I am spontaneous, a risk-taker, thrive on crisis, and are drawn to action jobs. I also have an interest in owning my own business one day or possibly working in finance so it makes sense for me to be the CEO. In addition, the major videos that I took particular interest in were the entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing videos. Carly- I am a good fit for my job position based off of my true color result of orange. This color type is an impulsive risk taker, is drawn to tools and crises, brings excitement to society along with variety and action. I am a very strong math and number oriented person, making me the perfect fit for this position. I am very organized and like predicting future events. I also enjoy taking charge in environments. Instead of sitting back and doing the easy work, I like making sure everyone and everything is on track. The Chief Financial Operator makes sure that all budgeting and finances are on track. Elizabeth- I am a good fit for this job because of my true colors results. In the true colors inventory survey we took in class, it was revealed to me that I have a “blue” personality type. Some of the things that make up this personality type are looking beyond the surface, getting involved in causes, compromising, cooperating, committing to ideals, etc. These things all relate back to marketing because marketers must work together with their team to be creative and properly market for their company. Also, after watching the major videos, it is clear to me that marketing is the major I am most interested in pursuing as it aligns with all of my interests and strengths.
