Tesla’s Marketing Mix Tesla’s product strategy first revolved around only electric vehicles, then transitioned to also working on the energy side of the business. Tesla wants to make electric vehicles affordable. Most of Tesla’s business is done online. Tesla has found lots of success doing launch events with Elon Musk speaking to large crowds
Corporate Social Responsibility at Tesla One of Tesla’s biggest focus points is consumer safety. Their vehicles have automatic emergency braking, collision and blind spot warnings, and more features. Tesla also focuses on employee safety. Employees are allowed to apply unused vacation time toward the purchase of new Tesla cars. In Nevada alone, Tesla has invested $37 million to help prepare students for manufacturing and engineering careers at Tesla and other companies.
