The customer's style and way of thinking are two of the most important factors for the marketer or product owner to understand in order to reach the customer and display their products in a professional manner that meets the customer's desires while also gaining their loyalty and satisfaction through the products provided. The most significant aspect of this idea is the black box approach of the business method, which allows you to better understand the customer's style and desires, allowing you to produce items that meet those desires. according to Claessens (2015) "The buying behaviour of final consumers is influenced by various factors. These factors or characteristics determine what is going on in the so-called black box of the consumer." (Para. 1). Indeed, the black box and its components determine the type of purchases that the consumer prefers. In recent days, I've realized that I buy coffee as if I were hooked to it. I understand that this is terrible for my health because too much caffeine is harmful for your health, but there's an incentive for me to buy coffee or prepare it at home because recently I
started drinking it more than five times a day. I couldn't resist. I have an innate desire to buy coffee or make it at home. This is clear evidence that motivation is one of the most important basic elements that makes a customer buy tools or products, even if they are harmful to health. according to Claessens (2015) " Motives are needs that are sufficiently pressing to direct the person to seek fulfilment of the need." (Para. 6). Sometimes the impulse is to buy things even if they are unwanted or unnatural, so I think it is the impulse that drives me to do so.
The second event occurred a few months ago, when I wanted to investigate my shopping patterns. I planned to buy a PlayStation 4 for my child to celebrate his success. I used to go to
the store three times a week just to buy the device and take advantage of the opportunity to provide a reasonable price, but I was unable to do so. I discovered that I could not afford expensive appliances since I did not have enough money. The black box hypothesis of customer style emphasizes the importance of style and attitude. If the customer decides to purchase any personal necessities, his income, as well as his social and professional standing,
may be impacted. We may be able to purchase due to the client's low monthly income. Therefore, this affects the customer's decisions when he decides to buy expensive products; according to Claessens (2015)" Even more evidently, the buyer’s economic situation affects the buyer black box. It will affect his/her product and store choices." (Para. 4). Therefore, the
customer's or buyer's decisions are affected if he wants to buy a product because of his weak
monthly income or because of the situation.
