Give an example of how you have seen or how you think this practice could enhance safety outcomes in a workplace. Hello, my name is Jose Chavez-Reyes and I currently live in Dayton, Ohio. One of my future goals is to accomplish my BAS by the end of May next year. It is very important for safety professionals to understand how to interpret, cite, and reference resources because it can lead to a miscommunication or misinformation. For example, I have seen many people pick and choose what they want to follow just because it makes it easier for them or because it is less time consuming. After that one person has chosen to ignore the rest of the information provided everyone begins to follow along and now everyone is wrong due to a miscommunication or misinformation. This usually leads to either an incident or accident.
