Since its foundation in 1923, the Walt Disney Company has been linked with entertainment and innovation. Founded by Walt Disney and his brother Roy, the corporation has expanded into a global powerhouse with subsidiaries in cinema, television, theme parks, and consumer items. With such a broad reach, the corporation faces a slew of difficulties in today's culture, ranging from sustainable standards to employee welfare. In this article, we will look at the company's efforts to address these challenges through corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, the impact on stakeholders, and recommendations for improvement. The Walt Disney Company, one of the world's most recognizable and powerful entertainment organizations, has a long history of delivering high-quality entertainment that captivates audiences of all ages. The impact of Disney's CSR activities on internal and external stakeholders is diverse. For employees, these initiatives can boost job happiness, engagement, and loyalty, resulting in increased productivity and retention rates. By investing in employee well-being and cultivating an environmental culture, Disney can promote a great work environment in which workers feel appreciated and inspired to contribute to the company's growth.
