According to Benevity (2024) that whenever a company has employees that are engaged with their duties then companies see an increase in production. With my company AT&T we have a bit of people assisting with collecting payments and the more we have on the phone assisting and engaged then chances are we collect more payments. Benevity also shows that with companies that invest in social purposes have not only an increase in market value but also bringing in more revenue for the company. Also supporting global and local communities. AT&T is one that gives back to the communities in more ways than one from doing fund raisers and company yard sales to charity events and auctions that keep employees more engaged. With AT&T they are always looking to improvise not only on the products but also services offered to where it can not only retain the customer base they have but also obtain newer
