James was assigned to prepare transportation to travel to Alaska back and forth. In this scenario, James may borrow or rent a vehicle that could break down anytime during the trip and the group may face heavy traffic on their way to Alaska. The vehicle’s unexpected error will impact their scheduled time for their accommodation booking as they may arrive late to the destination. Christine was assigned to find accommodation for the groups. However, Christine may be not considerate enough to book an ideal accommodation, it may not be close to their intended visiting spots on their bucket list or does not offer dining services just in case their prepared food and supplies go missing. This will definitely impact the convenience and smoothness of the trip. For food and supplies, Kamel will handle these. However, Kamel may find it difficult to suit everyone’s taste in food. Kamel may forget to bring certain stuff as Kamel does not recognize everyone’s needs for the trips, she may forget a lighter, pocket knife, flashlight ,etc. As a result, the trip will incur extra costs to buy these supplies. Finally, Sandra’s organization for site camps and routs may not be considerate, the group may come across limited accessibility for the camp site or closures. Sandra may not be accurate with travel routes and could lead the group to get loss during the trip to Alaska. These will have the impact the overall experience of the trip as everyone will get tired but their efforts are not taking them to the destination.
