on the tech startup “Tech Innovate”. “TechInnovate is an IT managed service provider that provides IT solution services for small and midsize businesses. What we offer is fast, reliable, and affordable IT service. We are a group of individuals with years and years of experience in the field of IT services and we to provide unmatchable IT services for businesses that require them the most” (Managed IT services Melbourne - business IT support, 2021). It has grown rapidly in the last couple of years. Although the corporation employs a diverse workforce, complaints have recently been raised about injustices and lack of inclusion in the workplace. problem has worsened, affecting productivity and corporate culture. There are several teams inside the firm, each headed by a team leader.
