Portfolio Project Topic, Stance and Counterargument Part 1: The workplace ethical dilemma I would be addressing is: Racial Discrimination in Todays Workplace. Part 2: Which position are you taking on the topic? I will be arguing that racial discrimination does exist in today’s workplace. Part 3: What is the strongest ethical position an opponent would take against your position and why are they wrong? The strongest ethical position an opponent would take against my position would be that racial discrimination does not assist. Some could say that a person was not qualified for the position. Employers and certain people feel they are justified to treat certain people of a particular race a certain way.
